I just try to topup on touch and go reload machine at southville city toll and pay using touch n go ewallet app. they will generate qr code and i just scan and payment go through smoothly. Later I will snap a picture

indeed. So virtually, reload tnc wallet using cc ( for cb) > reload back to tnc card without fees

Best is to find any PLUS highway and perform topup on the kiosk (normally on exit toll plaza) I never saw any kiosk that able to reload using tnc ewallet qrpay yet

not to say comfortable but to have new player to fight tng, need to invest heavy on infra side IMO. example tng infra for toll and payment collection ( parking and so on ) has been around us since more than 10 year ago. to catch up with tng, either invest heavily on new payment collection player or just use the existing infra ( like credit/debit card payment service) which much more less cost initial.

And yes, I fully support for open payment system, just like mex toll and other doing right now. can pay using debit/credit card
