Any idea how to use finish the Tng card ? I have a extra Tng card and left with rm4~5.... how to use utilise all the funds inside? Anyone tried to swipe in Tesco? can use up all ?

Ya, I tried in Tesco Bukit Puchong as well, but since the casher say 'offline' then I use credit card to pay.

Will try to empthy my Tng in Mydin, Watson next day

My case is I have extra TNG and wanted to empthy the one that is expiring in 2 year time.

That day do refund for an expired card. I purposely reloaded rm300(those method with rebate) to it before expiry, Tng Hub in sentral say only can transfer balance to my bank account or transfer to NEW tng card. cannot transfer to other existing card.

They say whole process takes 1 month after submit form in sentral. So kindly be patience

-rebate got expiry date
-If u don't want to pay toll but want to get the rebate, use googlemap to direct ur way into their office. (those worker use that road to access)
-If not mistaken, some of the Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan open from 7am-10pm

So far, I got Kesas, NPE, MEX

Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan for MEX is in cyberjaya/putrajaya toll.

For NPE, use PJS 2, bangsar->sunway
For Kesas, use the one from usj submit ->ldp

For npe, If u don't want to pay toll, I saw a gravel road that can access to NPE, pjs 2, search in google map Jalan PJS 2/4, there's a sekolah there
For kesas, if u love green, can try bicycle in the motorcycle lane. take ur own risk

No guarantee u can find the small road.
I use motorcycle for npe and kesas, use car and pay toll for mex
Each rebate scheme need to go back to it's own toll to claim. cannot use tng in klsentral
IF rebate for those festive hari raya/cny ... can claim in tng, kl sentral

Just sharing,

Just check my balance from tng portal, found 1 transaction that is incorrect. Extra charge me. Contacted Tng helpline and they say : they will make a report to Plus, then Plus will refund me after 30days.
She say if want to get quicker refund, then got to seek that Plus customer care once there's a mistaken charges. (which is not an easy task if u use smarttag lane)

My advice : check your balance from tng portal more often

No, it's highway toll transaction. May be the entry didn't tag properly

tng website change ? Can anyone login ?

If can withdraw tng credit to reload mobile prepaid then I'll try
