lol... so you have to surrender your mykad to get your refund back.

just kidding... i know for tng mykad no need to surrender it, they will just transfer the refund into your bank account.

Once a card is deactivated, an administration deactivation fee of RM5.30 30 (including GST effective 01st April 2015) will be imposed. The fee is deducted from the last card balance. In the event of a deactivated card continues to remain inactive, a maintenance fee of RM5.30(Included 6% GST) will be charged and deducted from the said deposit or unutilized card balance once every six (6) months. We will stop charging maintenance fee when the card is returned for refund or until the deposit and card balance is depleted.

I am not able to go to the counter to return the card as it is only available at the toll area (in Melaka) and I cannot go there. I question the need for me to go there since the card is dormant and cannot be activated. The card is basically useless now. So since TnG linked cards like MyKad and Tesco cards cannot be returned, similar should apply to my card as well. I want the refund to be banked in to my bank account. If you want proof of termination, I am happy to provide a photo of the card cut into 2 pieces. Since you charged an administrative fee, you are compelled to provide this service. Thank you.

For your information, the physical card need to be return to Touch 'n Go for termination. We shall deduct additional RM10.60 for lost card processing fee if termination without physical card.

new tng card itself will be RM10 + GST with zero value in it
what happened to your previous card?

if one time use suggest u just reload into your IC

also remember to chk whether your IC is still active before you reload it, i'm not sure whether IC can becomes dormant, maybe you can ask CS when you're there 

Is all KK mart accept Touch N Go card?

if u got many dormant cards, better register them in tng portal and do eRefund.
