I just bought a PlusMiles Touch N Go card in Sungai Besi tol.
Upon purchasing the card, it was stated that the card will expire in 12/25. AFAIK, the card is suppose to have 10 years which means this newly bought card has lifespan of 8 years left.
I went back to the counter and according to the lady, she checks upon the system, she assures me it's 10 years from the date I purchased.
Couldn't be convinced, I called up Touch N Go Hotline. They told me to call up PlusMiles hotline, since the card is supply by PlusMiles.
After calling up PlusMiles, they advise me to register online first which I couldn't because the card is still inactive due to new card with transaction yet. I will try again after my first transaction at the tol.
Anyone face before such issue?
TLDR : Bought a new card, instead of 10 years lifespan it has only 8 years left. Will verify with PlusMiles later.
Updated - Registered online at TnG portal. Expiry shows 10 years later. So it's okay.

finally gotten my PLUSMiles TnG upgraded to the latest version long story: exit KLIA toll - asked CS bout the upgrade but was told no such thing, even after I showed them the printout from TnG and told them plusmiles FB replied me got exit USJ toll - asked CS but was told no such thing again, after reading the printout she decided to call HQ and chk, finally aware there's such a thing. However cannot transfer balance to new card, have to fill up form request to terminate and balance will bank in to my bank account. Then was told the card need to charge RM10.60  I told her like that it's not free upgrade dy, requested her to chk with HQ again. In the end receipt showing RM20.60 (RM10.60 for the card and RM10 top up to activate) but I paid only RM10 and the card has RM10 balance. Kudos to the staff for taking initiative to chk with HQ. now another problem, i still hv 803 points in my old PLUSMiles which has been cancelled.
