About the new NFC cards with plain white design, has anyone placed a sticker label on it (or write on it with Sharpie pen or similar)  and have the card still working fine?

Another thing - for lost cards, if u do e-refund from portal and it gets rejected, a police report is required (along with other KYC stuff i assume) when u submit appeal to cust service.
