Hi, hope someone can help a buddy out here, today I just found out that my TnG card has expired.

My card wasn't registered, it was a free gift that I got 10 years ago for purchasing something. So whenever the credit is low I'll just top up and use as I go.

So right now, I want to renew my new TnG card, will I still be able to get back my remaining balance from my old card?

Is top up consider one transaction? I aspect so, but in the portal, balance increased, last transaction date still the same.. 

How about new card? I just renew one going to expired card, with balance brought forward, the 'last transaction' is empty, so when will be charge me for inactive?

Someone said that he could reload touch n go card using touch n go ewallet as the mode of payment instead of using cash.

Well, the question is, if one can use tng ewallet to pay to reload tng card, can boost be used too? Nobody has yet to try it.

Just found a way to topup tng with CC.
Top up tng at kk mart which accept mcash ewallet and mcash ewallet can topup with cc.

How to try? Went to one of Watson's  branch, staff said they  didn't sell reload pin for TNG. So confusing....

To get your money back quicker, Touch ‘n Go has revealed a faster eRefund process for those that have a verified Touch ‘n Go eWallet account.

If you’ve completed the e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) process, you can get refunds to your eWallet within 24 hours if the value is less than RM10. If the value is more than RM10, you’ll receive the eRefund within 7-14 working days.

The eRefund will be transferred to your eWallet.

At the moment, it has to go through Touch ‘n Go’s portal and you can’t request a refund through the TNG eWallet. Previously, the Touch ‘n Go refund process can take up to 30 days to process and the amount is credited to your local bank account.

Just tried this today. Refund to eWallet. ~RM15. Let's see how long it'll take.

I've just received my refund into tng ewallet today.
Very happy now.

Maybe due to MCO.

But they replied my follow up email on same day (or next day).
Then my tng card inactive few days later.
Then refund within one week.
So I'm satisfied. 

Applied cancel and refund by eForm of 1 of the "deactivated" card on 30/04/2020, got refunded on 13/05/2020 in eWallet.

I think mine was dormant > 1 year. Got money back even though just rm2.

If I am going to send my selfie with IC / MyKad via e-mail to TnG, I am quite concerned on how TnG will safeguard my personal data.
I would rather go to TnG Hub, and show my MyKad for identity verification, in order to voluntarily terminate the TnG physical card.
My intention is to transfer the remaining value in a TnG physical card, to TnG eWallet, since we cannot easily purchase TnG reload pin online, to reload TnG eWallet.
