For my experience, I remembered that replacing a new TnG card at TnG Hub at Nu Sentral is FOC.

Expired ones I changed for free  but cannot be expired too long. I have one lying in the house for more than 1 year, they don't allow me to change.

hi, anyone knows how long does the top up in watsons reflect in the touch n go app?
i top up on 24th June in watsons but until now the balance in the app is still zero.

The balance shown at the home screen of the app is for the Tng e-wallet. To view the balance of TnG physical card , you need to link the card to the app first.

I loaded RM10 to my son's MyKad sometime end of May. Used the kiosk in MV. Up to today also his MyKad is still RM0 in the TnG eWallet app. RM10 is in the card, confirmed using my SmartTAG.

nvm i think the update is slow. After i add the card onto the app, 1 day later the balance pop out. then i remove and add again it became 0 again with a older update date.
