i used it two weeks ago at Jalan Manau, KL to pay for 1 hour RM2, no problem
card still can be use as of today

i was reluctant to try but since no RM2 coins (who the heck has it) and the machine cannot accept notes, was left with no choice

must be serious prob since CS gave warning,

new tng card itself will be RM10 + GST with zero value in it
what happened to your previous card?

if one time use suggest u just reload into your IC

yes, min reload RM10, RM20 also got, no RM15

also remember to chk whether your IC is still active before you reload it, i'm not sure whether IC can becomes dormant, maybe you can ask CS when you're there

so i guess there's still a possibility of card reader cannot read the chip (due to chip surface oxidization) but tng still can work

I just PM tng fb, see what is their response

as displayed, your card has expired
check the expiry date at the back of the card, if any
else just check with any TnG customer service

must bring to hub?
cannot request for refund over the phone?

finally gotten my PLUSMiles TnG upgraded to the latest version

long story:
exit KLIA toll - asked CS bout the upgrade but was told no such thing, even after I showed them the printout from TnG and told them plusmiles FB replied me got
exit USJ toll - asked CS but was told no such thing again, after reading the printout she decided to call HQ and chk, finally aware there's such a thing. However cannot transfer balance to new card, have to fill up form request to terminate and balance will bank in to my bank account. Then was told the card need to charge RM10.60 I told her like that it's not free upgrade dy, requested her to chk with HQ again. In the end receipt showing RM20.60 (RM10.60 for the card and RM10 top up to activate) but I paid only RM10 and the card has RM10 balance. Kudos to the staff for taking initiative to chk with HQ.

now another problem, i still hv 803 points in my old PLUSMiles which has been cancelled. Now requesting plusmiles FB cs to try to transfer to new card

expiry 2023, but now with new card i get longer expiry
i got balance RM500+, reloaded when hv 5% cash back, so it's gd to get the refund back to my bank acc

mine even worst, requested to terminate at PLUS customer service center on 2/2, till now still nothing
msg TnG FB last Wednesday, said will speed up the refund

woot, mine tmr will be 2 weeks via FB
gonna call them up and if nothing by end of this week
