I think that the person you are dealing with Acer is more knowledgeable about their product than the one I was dealing with. Which is good in a way as, if we bought the laptop through you, you'd know who to talk to & how to get things done. The only down side is, you are working for as a liason for Acer but don't get paid for it. .
