hi guys i not sure is here the right place to ask but..pls guide me through.

i have registered a trading account with an agent from OSK(bought by RHB they said) and now i am confuse how to credit my money for trading.

Now i have 1 CDS account and 1 trading account (N78xx), the remisier told me that if i would like to start trading i have to bank in money to their RHB bank account then inform her and she will credit to my trading account. Omg this is very troublesome, why i have to bank in to their account any inform the remisier every time i want to trade if my account no more credit? what if the remisier is gone? what if i want to buy a stock urgently but my account no more credit? (although she told me can temporarily increase the purchase limit but again, this is troublesome, why i have to request through her? what if i cant reach her??)

So i would like to know is there a way i can manage myself? i bank in the money myself without go through anyone? Bcos i only have 1 CDS & 1 trading account, i have no idea where to bank in myself, do i have to open a RHB/OSK current/saving account and link it to my trading account to do so?

i asked the remisier how to do it and she said 'I dunno you need check online yourself'. wtf im so pissed, stupid service, this is my first time doing trading ofcos i will ask some stupid questions =.=, cant even answer my questions patiently, im so fxxking wanna terminate this account and open another one. mad.gif

Yes, no need to be rude, online banking is not so difficult to teach.

Its not difficult la..you just transfer your money from your bank account to osk account...normally it takes 2 or 3 day in order to see your money inside the osk..but i prefer call rhb to speed up the process..last time it takes around 10 minute to start trading after i inform to rhb staff...

for my osk account, i use maybank2u to bank in to the OSK's maybank account number , then i inform the remisier i already bank in money. after that he'll check and credit the money into the account for which you can start trading

after you start having share in your account, they will give you some credit facility for 3 days depending on the value of your share, meaning you only bank in the money within 3 days after buying (if you decide to keep the share)

i usually whataspp remisier and he'll respond to me within few min, so not really a hassle
and osk also support fpx payment where you can bank in directly from your Maybank, CIMB Bank, RHB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and Bank Islam.

maybe if you have bank account with rhb bank, they can add the your trading account to your name and you can do the transaction via rhb online

osk is still using java which is a bit slow as compared to others using active x platform
