Yeah it's best to get to 50 ASAP then finish your story quests. On joining depends on clan leader since our clan is almost full, but if you are active should be ok. My IGN is in my signature.

Maybe routing issue with Maxis Fibre, I am using UNIFI so not sure what's wrong with Maxis Fibre.

Because most players would just choose to buy from the market rather than crafting them. The transformation stone is 1g+ each and most players would just want to reach 50 ASAP and do not want to waste time farming level 45 dungeon for the recipe. When I level my character in TW I never do any dungeons during leveling unless I really need it for weapon/accessories evolution. I simply level through story quests and some side quests, get to 50 as soon as I can.

Also all the server are old server, even if there are new players it's not a big amount, hence you won't see much of other players when leveling.

You can farm for certain things like soulstone, stingers and moonstone, for transformation stone I will just buy since it's simply too time consuming to craft. Crafting in this game is not efficient unless you have multiple alt, it's simply better to buy because most will sell it at almost cost price.

I will be very honest, if you are willing to spend (cash) a bit on the game you will have an easier time progressing. If you plan to be full f2p you can still progress but you will need to be quite harcore in farming, getting lucky with drops, etc.

My earning is different as I am at end game, so my earning comes from the 24-man raid, to join a raid you need at least 750 to 800 AP and 90-100k HP and getting to that level will take sometime.

Partially, I do farm for stuff and also buy certain cash shop stuff to sell to get my gear to a certain level. But this is mostly because I wanted to get to end game dungeon and raid as soon as possible. If you want to play at your own pace then you can always do it slowly.

Not sure if it's up to date, but should still be fine I think.

For new player or player leveling new character, they will not get Hongmoon weapon and accessories anymore. Use any blue/purple weapon and accessories you get during leveling either from story quest/survey/drops until you reach Silverfrost. You will get a new White Moon weapon which you can upgrade to legendary weapon. As for accessories you can get purple earring/ring/necklace that you get from level 50 purple dungeon. Later on you can get elemental accessories from Tomb/Furnace/Ebon.

Also for new players you might want to check this page http://tw.ncsoft.com/bns/event/1612/comeback/index, login and go to the page and see if you can claim the items there.

It's cheaper to upgrade the newer elemental accessories that drop in Desolate Tomb, Ebondrake Citadel and Hell Furnace rather than upgrading HM accessories. Press Ctrl+I and look for Zakhan/Pyro/Acrimor accessories.

Yes you can use those purple accessories you get for the time being. Pugging means going with random players in F8.

There are some active guild that takes in new players like Elysium so you guys could probably see if you can join. There are some newer guild as well but I am not sure of their name. These should help you when you reach 50 and needs to start learning how to run harder dungeons.

Try to take advantage of the current event to get nebula stone for your upgrades, it should help quite a bit.

With or without VPN I usually get around 100-160ms (this is what show ingame which is a bit higher than your real ping). Though I find with VPN it's more stable and less prone to spike. You can try WTFast, mudfish or pingzapper, some find one better than the other.

Generally there is no delay for me when I am using VPN. Ingame ping is about double your normal ping, so if it's 130 ingame, you have about 60ms +.

Not too sure of the 7 days wait though, but we can try it tonight.

I am using Mudfish actually, it's a pay per usage, you buy a set amount of data and use till it finish then reload. Cheapest is at USD 2.99 and can last slightly over a month, but Mudfish doesn't have any trial so to try it you would need to pay.

Not too sure about WTFast cause I haven't use it for quite sometime. Should still have the trial version I think.

But I can't really make any recommendation cause some ppl have better ping with WTF and some have better ping with Mudfish.

As long as you are active and level 50 cause my clan slot are quite limited now
