hmm not sure using exp charm will raise base lvl or not.. but doing main yellow quest till new map and finish all sure will lvl55

iinm like 3 or 4 weeks back when using mudfish get good ping but lag and delay like crazy so i stop using it till now.
no more using mudfish. and not using any vpn already.
ping wise its good already now even in raid also getting good ping. streamyx 8mb

low lvl area yeah... tons of them... just have to bear with it

u need to try and error...

what works for others doesnt mean it works the same for u.

For me i used mudfish.. but only use it for 1 month after that im back to not using any vpn for TW.
so far still doing good without vpn
