Had a peek at the sales gallery today.
Still quite a few units available though can't be too picky on floor. Bumi units = no issue as it can be converted by the developer. Closer to Shell building rather than KL/Nu Sentral though the address will be a KL Sentral address if the sales guy is to be believed. Doubtful this will be anywhere near as successful as Suasana Sentral Loft. Cheap for the location probably due to being leasehold. Again another one of those places to buy for the location rather than other features. Quite a turnoff as bathrooms and kitchen of most units don't have proper venting and the sales guy was clueless as to whether there was a central exhaust ducting system. Anyone knows what are some of the pros to this project apart from the location and price? Any idea who might be potential tenants for this project and what would the rental yields be? Seems like a prime one for corporate rentals which then houses their Indian expats. |

a lot of Indian expat currently stay in suasana sentral esp those from GE. any news on how the bad workmanship sentrul resi is performing.

You could try visiting the sales gallery and check with the sales staff stationed there.If there is an owner(s) willing to let go of their unit, I'm sure they would've liaised with the sales staff.
