Sunteck Handicapped Welfare Home – Pertubuhan Kebajikan Insan Istimewa Kuala Lumpur was established on 16 September 2014 to ensure that the needs of the mentally retardation and physically handicapped people in our society are fulfilled. This centre provides physical and mental treatment, shelter, food , clothes and courses to train them to be independent.

Since establishment, we face a high burden of financial and also lacks of resources generate limitation of intake of Handicapped and Down syndrome children. The expenditure for this centre is very high which can reach to Rm 7800+- each month. This expenditure include rental for the premises, amenity bills, treatment and medication costs, daily used items (such as diapers and milo), transportation, training courses and etc.

Our centre has total of five inmates until today and handicapped children number are expanding rapidly. We are totally dependent on donations from well-wished to upkeep the centre and to pay for the inmates’ daily necessities. This home is a voluntary and a non-profit organization and is under donation from public.

As such, we are seeking support and donation for renovation. All the money collected to be build enclosure,shed and tiles of our home.
