After update my ipad 4 to ios8.1.1, at first the problem started with my App Store stated that it could not connected to the App Store server. But on the settings, I have signed in, and wonder whats the problem. Then I sign out and sign in again once more. The app store can connect and display list of apps...

Then, my apps (manga rock, manga storm, iQuran HD, and other paid apps) shows that I cant restore my purchases and need to purchase it again. I thought it was software glitches... so I reset my ipad and start all over again. The problem still the same... starting from first paragraph to the 2nd paragraph.

Need help...

That never happen to me before. Are you sure you signed in with the correct Apple ID ? You can check the purchase history under your account.

Select iTunes > iTunes Store > Purchase, Billing & Redemption > The topic is not listed

In Describe your issue field, type missing and select How to recover missing purchased items

Then choose Email, fill in the details and send it to Apple
