Anyone knows if EB has manual adjustable timing via the distributor? Or should I request retarding it at SC? Reason is the engine pinging (minor) when engine is under load.

There are injection cars with distributors that's adjustable. Guess EB has one less part to worry about.

Going to let it run with the different fuel for now. Maybe the knock sensor will sort itself out after that

Anyone here encountered a "ketonnggg" sound at d rear when going over a bump? I would be devastated if it's the absorber sound...no warranty on that if it's d absorber....

Normally when u pass a bump...u can hear a slight hiss on d absorber...if "ketonggg" meaning d spring sound...or maybe mounting...i am not sure...

I experienced this before on my new waja last time...when reverse...got ketong ketong sound...

So, any conclusion on the best fuel for Exora bold CFE? Good in pick up and also more mileage...

The shop deals what brand? Google this brand cannot find its homepage. Some says it is by Silverstone.

zstan My aircon was made worse by the SC aircon service. They added it when doing 20k service. Quite expensive, frankly. Remove the gas, took out the cooling coil to bilas2... put back, pump new gas, then aircon become not as cold as before.

No. It is just more expensive and higher performance. It does not translate to longer life.

In other words, imagine u put 5 fishes in one tank, and 7 fishes in another tank... if any of the fish dies, means the tank fails... Not the best, but I hope you get the analogy. Although, I hope it will reduce the 'dimming' effect whenever aircon compressor switch on. We'll see.

what is the FC of it?
according to the website guidelines, it mentioned 7.2L/100 km.. if true, then 1 full tank can travel about 600km.. which i doubt it..

So i believe asking owners of exora will know the more accurate answer than the online guidelines.
2 options here: city driving and highway driving.

To remove spare wheel, open rear tailgate..look at the boot floor u will see a spare tyre logo, pry open that cover and use wrench to remove the nut.

Is engine mineral oil can last for 6 months before next service?

My Exora Turbo '14 is weekend ride, mileage is very low and sure <5,000 km in 6 months.

Last service the SC stamped '3 months' for next service , but i see official Proton service interval is 6 months.

So which is which, am confused.

if under warranty, go claim. My wiper same prob, replaced linkage and motor.
