about long time not visit here. pretty buzy lately. many new story eea. just to update my 38th month old BOLD. warrenty period officelly ended last 2 month, and my last claimed was the ABS sensor, both front. just did the 45000KM service last week, cost me RM630, plus the front brake pad.
for 70% highway, at +-3000RPM, AFC clocked 9.4L/100KM(10.64KM/L) with either caltex or bhp.
till date still in good condition with no major problem. power and handling still can push at the maximum level when needed. hey, its just a malaysian MPV. how much more can we expect.

If I buy bulk ABS sensor and sell for RM70 each, any buyers? Not sure at spare parts shop how much but in SC they sell it like 140+.

i did asked once. something like RM130 or RM150. forgot already. my luck. managed to claim the second one before the warranty ended few days later.

The sharp sound especially in the morning or start moving. COE already replace both the Disc & Pad, free of charge within warranty period but sometime the sound still occur. My 9+ years old Myvi never had this problem, just change my Myvi brake pad with Hitachi OEM Japan, driving & braking feel very comfort & confident. Both my Exora & Myvi use Yokohama Cdrive2 tyre.

My OEM battery died on me earlier this month, approximately 21 months after possession of the car. No prior indication. Midnight still works well, next morning, it's gone.

As for tires, I noticed similarity with some owners here, where the front tires outer sides worn off much faster. It's my second set. Back still uses the original tires and easily about 50% thread left. Front, not so much. But then, it's Continental; worn off pretty fast.

Anyway I just tested using OBD adapter and found out that my battery was at 12.2V. I just drove the car about 2 hours before.
Is this normal?

P1 SC got the memo, but some authorized SC doesn't get the memo to inspect OCH (oil cooler hose) at 40k km. Inspect only, doesn't mean get straight replacement. One FB group member mentioned to press the service agent to change it.

Checking such problems, it existed on Toyota pre-2009 models and some Volvo's, too.
If there is a way to replace the hoses (there are 2 of them) with bendable stainless steel ones, would be great.

anyone know which car accessories shop is good (reliable parts sell and affordable, price OK) around KL/Selangor area?
reason asked coz my rear camera (for parking assistance) already faded badly!
