while sleeping is it good to wear breast support bra? Bra for night sleep for support and shaping and breathable.,

anyone practising can share experience ?

i've read article about it..if Im not mistaken, wearing bra during sleep is not healthy..

i think the reasons was the skin not able to breathe and too tight will affect the circulation of blood.
Now the night Bra they made it breathable for skin and not affecting blood circulation.

I wouldn't wear bra while sleeping, feels tight and it bothers me

will cause cancer in the long run ...why need to support your breast when you alrdy supported them for 8-12 hours outside ..
