Let me tell you my situation. My a/c have been inactive for about 4 months. Last friday got time to play so i reload my a/c with the monthly card and started playing. So i've wanted to see how does the World PVP goes on so i went on PVP .. it was hell better than expected rclxms.gif

Later on next day i wanted to play my a/c have been suspended / banned. What is account has been disabled for behavior contrary to the "essence" as mentioned below. I am really lost and don't know what did i do to deserve this. I've mailed them so many times and yet to hear reply from them. Is their customer service that bad ? icon_question.gif Anyone experienced this problem ?

maybe they see ur usage, they think ur like some kinda chinese farmer or something. Cos theres one time when alot of accounts get banned with no apparent reason when they wanted to filter out all the farmers and stuff..theres a customer service e-mail address for it. Cant remember it offhand though. try checking for it on the website. Their customer service is quite fast la. Around 2-3 days you'll get a feedback. so all the best in getting ur acc back

I'm not sure but i did mention a while back that Blizzard was implementing a 3 month suspension on inactive accounts. Yes, that means if your account is cashly inactive to their banks they will shut it down and close it.

If the account is inactive just for couple of months i don't think they'll shut it down, cuz i got a friend inactive for more than 6 months and reload still can play back ..

what insiderz mentioned could be possible. Used my wife a/c log in and ask a couple of my guildmate and wow have been monitoring connection esp. from china they mentioned that china can't play NA Wow but to reroll on China/Taiwan wow .. something like that ..

but arghh ... it's been 4 days and no response yet ..

I have been inactive in WoW for almost 6months already.
They also didnt do anything to my account.
I just login the account management page once in a while.

My account did get suspended once for no apparent reason. They said that I was involved in "real world trading" but I never did anything like that. So I maki maki maki and it got reactivated (with NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER) after 2-3 weeks. But this was about 6 months after I started playing WoW which should be about a year ago and I heard that Blizz customer service has improved since...

edit: I just got a used account from a friend for my boyfriend a month ago. I just used the point card to reload and the account works just fine. My friend said he stopped paying for the account about 5-6 months ago.
