I called the number on the flyer to ask for aircond service and to replace a broken suis. I dealed with the man called Mr P. He promised to charge me only rm150 for service two units AC.

15nov the workers came and did the job. I was out for work but they charged my wife rm160 for washing, and refilled gas and replaced suises. Total Rm500+.

When i came back only I realized that they replaced the suis but didnt connect back all the wire properly. This causes one of the socket not functioning. And they also didnt keep their promise to charge me rm150 only for washing.

then I called back several times to ask them come to fix this and remnd him that he charged me extra rm10. After several reminders Mr P promised to come today 29nov. But they didnt come. He also refused to pick up the call.

I urge all lyn members to beware of this bad service firm. Lier and not realiable. Cost me extra to ask another electrician to fix for me. Although rm10 is not a big amount, but this shows the dishonesty of this firm!

They're still around, still overcharging and not getting the job done.

I paid RM700 for them to change an air compressor part, service and refill freon. And it still doesn't work... just blowing air.

Their excuse for not testing it properly was that they were rushing to another appointment.

RM175 just to top-up freon. Up to you, but there must be more reasonably priced servicing contractors available.

Go file consumer tribunal…. Post here for what nobody can help you. And they will continue to con other people.
