Hello,

I just bought Xbox one last week in US with Asia adapter, and when attempt to start up the console, it stuck and had error message,
"The was a problem with the update".. i try all method including the offline still no success..please help me to enjoy my xbox. Thanks.

Best solution is to double check if your internet is working, power off your xbox one, unplug the adapter wait 1-2min then try on again & redo the update online. Try to post screenshot with error code if its possible.

Solved!!..
The problem came from internet connection, even i run connection test, the result is good..not sure why, i still can surf but not update the xbox..so just tried to use my phone and create hotspot, connect..and it works..
