However, he will still ignore n still claim it is ghost town. I thought he expected ppl to move in immediately upon VP of a township which is impossible but seems not, he tot ppl move in even bfore VP.

Depends on RA loh ( if reckon Semenyih Parklands no DMC ) but the owners must be bear the tear himself if to rent to those warga asing dari kilang.

EM is strata title with proper DMC and stricter house rules. Most ppl know this.

U very geng. Tarak beli also know the content on the DMC paper.

But its a common conditions on the DMC for all the residential strata title properties.

Unless Precinct 1 has no such DMC. Any SEH buyer can confirm is there a clause in the DMC for Precinct 1 or it is totally Individual Title without DMC for P1?

How u believe u made other ppl worry based on ur one case speculation but which happened to any other project in whole KV? Lol.

Trace back other ppl 2013 comments did not help much as portfolio and investment mindset varies from time to time.

We shouldnt comment to claim " ppl needed to sell the house to buy SEH or any house" bcz it was an aggressive note and disrespectful.
