So, what's wrong with it? Semenyih Parkland is very near to the Beranang and mahkota industrial estates mah, so the resident there dun want people to rent to the factory worker, anything wrong meh?

As a matter of fact, this clearly proves that Semenyih Parkland is not a ghost town and many home stay, otherwise if all investor, you think they will care and put up this banner meh?

By the way, if you see this banner you should aware that all the houses behind this banner is still under construction and not VP yet. But you already claim it is ghost town, izzit you already ki siao expect people shall move in even before VP??
