Don't think club house will be together with the first phase VP. But SEH complete the 1300 houses within the time frame, a club house is nothing for them lah...

Just like when talking about KLCC, suddenly you take Pudu area as comparison as they are close to each other too.. KLCC also very close to Pudu mah, minutes away only, so your perception they are same loh, no? See how ki siao you are, now only you feel it.

I am not project manager, cause I only see progress and tell facts. They are now putting full force on finishing the flyover that connect to Lekas Semenyih exit, only after that will do the club house I presume...
