too long for the buyers too, how many 7 years you got... imagine the 7 years living in not enough facilities and shops... pain thinking the same..

facilities /shops depends on occupancy rates... you many house also no use no one staying... for ppl to stay then price tags comes to consideration, 750k at least, who spending to buy so far and get suffering to travel? and pay tolls rm2 per trip and rm4 per day doh.gif doh.gif

look at TTDI dead.. shops is dead... house is dead, both stretch of road
