Semenyih Parkland first phase just recently VP, already have two big mamak shops buka there, some clinics as well.. More and more commercial activity...

Seri Pajam has serious issue in air pollution, but their houses also selling about 500k ++ due to the location near to Lekas, first phase has about 65% occupancy now.

Both Semenyih Parkland and Seri Pajam sure not ghost town, so, what's the problem?

Billion is just about 1-2 km away from the current EMSO, any problem?

Side by side with smooth connecting 2 lanes each road, full of landscape (Swan lake, gazebo in EM; The PARC, award winning sales gallery in SEH), great amenities and both well connected to the LEKAS highway...   

did not expect anyting can come from semenyih not withing the next 5 year at least, maybe 10 years...

Never expect KLCC there... it cant be and wont.. potential buyers see and have a look at these before buying.. semenyih fried too high di.. the 1st phase feel safe now, sadly cant sell
