I don't understand what u means??   for ur information, got 2 Mydin here, one is located in Semenyih Sentral town and the other one is located in Taman Anggerik Perdana and next to Bandar Technology Kajang Semenyih. Semenyih is not a small town. Whole Semenyih land area quite big. So the distance if u wanna compare u must mention from which point to which point. Here I'm compare from Semenyih Sentral town, if compare from Ecohill to Mydin the distance is different story la.....

Ya, SEH far frm city, no shopping mal..the nearby tecso and mydin all lousy, all buyers are flippers.....will be a ghost town very soon and price drop like hell to 200k can get oledy.....sure this will make u happy..

But the fact is even though new launch at more than 600k also got ppl buy....

Lets wait and see the price will drop to the level u can afford in the future or not,,
But i doubt it wil happen...u need to pray hard....

Actually the remain phases at SEH is not many oledy....the majority oledy launch during phase 1 and sold out...

So u dun have to worry too much on seh......u need to continue pray hard they will lower the price for unsold units until u can afford.....but most likely wont happen...continue pray hard...
