If follow the Masterplan, I think there will be another big garden (with lake) on the northwestern part of SEH... These will make Presint 2 and 3 consists of two big gardens with lakes... Seriously I really looking forward on this new landscape later.... Can't imagine how beautiful the environment could be...

semenyih existing population is already enough to sustain the commercial at there..or else Tesco, MacD,KFC,pizza hut wont set up a big branch at there...
