Ngo today hou sedih coz as at 12pm, MYR dropped 2.7% to 3.4385 per USD, the steepest decline since June 1998. MYR really no value jor. Better convert to foreign currency jor. 

bad experience is...he found out that he cant even afford the cheapest phase 1 for SEH, which is 400k plus, as his shown in one of his thread his earning is 4k only, somemore in the thread, he said that earn 4k is consider not bad...

400k plus property, downpayment 40k plus, installment for 35 years about 1.7-1.8k plus...almost half of his salary oledy....he still need to eat, pump petro, buy present for girl friend...so cannot afford SEH, so become angry bear...

u wanna know how worthy samkps comment is and how fake they are not? take one day trip to semenyih parklands and mahkota hills, you will see the banner..
