Anyone know where to get a non iodized sea salt in Malaysia? Been looking at tesco, giant, hiro, guardians , caring pharmacy, nada.

May I know why are u looking for non iodized sea salt?

Bowel movement, im always at site i need to get rid of whatever it is during the mornings, otherwise ill have to constipate for a long time. Laxatives takes time. Sea salt does it within 30mins to 1 hour.

Do u just mix the sea salt with warm water? If yes, u can try coarse sea salt that is sold in any major supermarket like carrefour or chinese medicine hall. Its only 60 cents. If not, have u thought of getting probiotics?

Already got mine at cold storage , brand is nature quest, works like a charm.

I think this is a must have for people with indigestion problems as it works 30 mins after consuming.
