Airasia i know more la, cos im an SO there now.
Fresh: 2k a month for the duration of ur Type Rating, then 7-8k a month depending on ur hours.
After 2 or 3 years goes up to like 11k (i think 2k++ hours)
after another year or so (2750 hours or something) goes up slightly higher
then captain basic = 12500, per hour u get like 195, so 30k++ a month.
captain now got age limit.. minimum age 26.
this is all gross pay, i lazy to count after income tax and shit.
my advice is, if you can afford to go private, just go and get license. then join airasia. after you finish your contract you can ciao and go arab or something. or SIA. joining MAS will be very slow, i have friends graduated from flying school 1.5 years before me and still hadnt finished their training when i got out. now also i think starting sim onli. if you join as a cadet, lagi slow. my friend grad same time as me (May last year) still havent got call from MAS to start training. so right now, airasia is your only choice. cadet programs make you wait too long, and after that your soul belongs to the airline cos u are bound to them for like 15 years.

can, i had a few friends from arts stream in flying school. but private la, cadets im not sure.
