well, the age limit for most cadetship programmes are 26. but if you are above that age, you can always take up a private ATPL/IR course. Later on once you have your license, you can look for work with many airline companies opening up these days.Most of the guys from my (private) batch went to Firefly and MASwings. One of them ended up as an instructor in Malacca.
He was 32 when he joined us.
a word of caution though, private funding is not cheap.
