I have slight astigmatism, does that means I can't become a pilot already? :S

I read someone said he got 400 degree astigmatism but still get 6/6 for eye test. Mine is 75 degree...

Added on November 9, 2008, 11:35 pmIf now you go to Mas webpage, you will find that they are employing private cadet pilot already, but you still hav to go through their test. MAS used to be don't employ private pilot, but now, they start to employ them, guess they are running out of pilot very rapidly as most of them will leave to other airline as soon as their bond is finish. My cousin brother haven't finish the bond, he said you just have to pay the balance amount of "school fees" then you can leave anytime. He is now in Emirates, with double salary of MAS.

For AA, you can apply anytime as long as you have the license, I talked to some high executive in AA, he said he has a friend, got a licence, but failed in the AA test(SPM level test), he tried 3 times then at last, he succeed to be a pilot for AA.
