4 by own, balance by agent, made it different from others, give more, when call understand tenant need first, come and pay down payment. Higher than agent price.

only 1 for Parklane, other are Setia alam, Bandar botanic, shah alam.

the final price are higher than agent offer price.

Can i ask, normally advertise rental price by agent include or exclude maintenance fee
