Another out of box idea; partitioned lounge and kitchen into bedroom, you will have 2 to 3 extra rooms over neighbours.

agent see $$ only. u faster rent out during vp. less competitor later. if by 1 months after vp your unit not rent out. There will be lots of competitor.  buddy buddy a bit with agent la. market not good now.

Go fast fast do the gill, light, fan, water heater and the window railing first la. agent will bring in those ready untits first.

during vp. all the units are almost identical. all the unit are almost outstanding.

well. do renovation fast enough. making it more outsnading.

If ur units really outstanding, I don't see why should u worried of renting out.
