The range normally set 50 - 100, 101 - 500....
thats why better put 102 instead of 100, your submission fall on higher range side.

even if put 199 also u would be getting only 100.. why give free money to them..

also there's no guarantee if u apply 199 u have higher chance than 100

From my 10 yrs experience, the more you put it, the chances are higher, that's all i can tell.

maybe u could be right.. I don't know how they allocated within the range.. I normally apply the min of the range.. ie 11k, 20k, 50k, 100k
