Can see from inside and outside cannot see one although got light so no need curtain.

Get any glass. Add tinted.

that called one way mirror, and it's a tint.
Basically block vision when the inner is dimmer than outer side of the mirror.
(i.e during day, outsider can see thru but during night the outsider can see thru)

but if tinted we cannot see from inside to outside?

me also looking for mirror window film that outside people cant see inside daylight or night..

One way vision can be achieved by using tinted film, block outside people to view from outside and you can view people from inside. However, during night time, when the light is switch on, outside people can see though. I did asked during renovation fair, there is no such thing as block view for day & night.

yup there's no such thing .. you hv to make sure lighting on the outside of your house is brighter to make the mirror chrome film shine and outside peeps cant see inside..
