My friends invited us to play WoW today due to the price discount USD$ 4.99 for WoW, so where is the best place to start since we are based in Malaysia?

Oh by the way, I'm a working adult, so any activities like raid (not sure what's that yet) is best suited for our time. Do we play Americas region? Which server?

i wish i was new to wow too. so i can star over to enjoy the games at least for few years . for those new to wow . 4.99usd is worth every sen you pay .

WOW is the best mmorpg in the market . which games in tthis world can last for 10years and still goin strong .

Play on a PvP server, it's a lot more fun.

y not merging all lyn players in 1 server n guild
all are scattered in diff server

I'm more of a PvE kind of person, PVP not so appealing to me. Maybe because I'm new, go PVP also I'm the one get killed.

So, I should be looking at Oceania server? Low? Medium? High? Are these important?

Low / Medium / High show that server is populated or what.

Low means not much people playing on that realm, sometimes lots of material / rare mobs pop up everywhere without people harvesting it.

High means . . . sure you know what it means

Either way, if you're not playing properly or play as your group expect you to play
PVP = you'll get killed by other player
PVE = you'll get killed by the boss

The difference of PVP and PVE to me.
PVP is very dynamic, anything can happen, there is no set of rules/rotation to do certain thing but there is a basic idea on doing it, it is very base on your creativity how you counter people, trapping ppl into mistake and not falling into ppl's trap. Most likely is think out of the box kind of stuff.

PVE is very math base, crucial, to max out you damage output (kill faster), reduce your damage input (less healing needed so you don't stress the healer). Optimize your fingering, reduce your movement, not stepping on shits, learn the boss mechanic, every global cooldown counts.

I really recommend you to play on PVP server because as u level, you'll be more alert on your surrounding.
