I just recently updated the latest patch to v1.03...

Even though I appreciate the so-called large txt on pop-up loot window, there are still bugs that lurks my gaming experience.

#1 - Indoors; Once I activated the Witcher Sense, the frame rate has gone down below 20 marks, making it harder to walktz around to investigate and/or loots.

#2 - Pop-up NPCs... During the mid mission of certain quest in Novigrad, there's are glitchy pop-ups on NPCs, such as missing body, leaving the head and the "floating" weapons.

Last but not least (i think), #3 - Still small texts!!! Can't even read especially the red mark on a large TV!

Have anyone faced any of these issues? There's still more but these are the major gripes that I faced last night...
*
Some people in the W3 forum got those issues you described.

CDPR said they will fix those issues including the small text in patch 1.04 which is scheduled to arrive later this week or next week.

have u done the person in distress? did u encounter the no cage key bug?

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

from the map u can see got two cage icons, im referring to the one on top...a lot of ppl couldnt find the key to release the merchant after killing the bandits, i was one of them sad.gif

apparently because the bandit leader didnt spawn there
*
I did that quest you mentioned & I have completed it.

I found the key & unlocked the cage to release the hostage.

Did you get the bug before you updated to 1.03 or after?

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

We are aware of this issue (despawning bandits/ lack of key) and currently working on a solution. Fix for this will arrive along with one of the upcoming patches.

Happy hunting, witchers!

I've just installed TW3 and also aware of the NSFW scene in the beginning of the game. Since my PS4 is in the living room, how can I minimize the NSFW scenes?

Are there many similar scenes in the main quest? Also, any specific side quests names that I should avoid?
*
wow ps4 in living room. free show for everyone. tongue.gif

there is no way you minimize the sex scenes. the witcher is a game for mature players. maybe you should put the ps4 in your bedroom instead. whistling.gif

Just started the witcher. While others playing Batman, I just only started witcher, this is what it's like being old.  sweat.gif

Btw, I read that you shouldn't just loot items in the village house. So basically you guys just stay away from all loot inside the village? Including those boxes/crates lying right outside the houses?
*
I have both games & I haven't finished the witcher also. What's the rush? Just enjoy your games at your own pace. No need to rush just because some no lifer finished the game in 3 days. tongue.gif

btw, you can loot anything in the game as long as you don't get caught by the guards. brows.gif

CD Projekt RED Announced that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will get a new patch soon (1.07), as mentioned on the official forums by Community Coordinator Marcin Momot.

Here is a preliminary list of the changes:

A new, alternative (optional) movement response mode for Geralt.
A player stash for storing items, available in various locations throughout the game. Stash locations are marked on the player’s map.
Crafting and alchemy components no longer add to the overall inventory weight.
Books are now placed in a dedicated tab in the Inventory and books that have already been read are properly grayed out.
Multiple sorting options are now available in the Inventory.
Alchemy formulas and crafting diagrams can be “pinned”, meaning all components and ingredients required to make them will be conveniently marked in the Shop panel.
Dozens of fixes for quest related issues, both major and minor.
A few performance enhancements, including the optimization of FX, scenes and general gameplay.
Various improvements to horse behavior.

Storage chest will be coming soon in patch 1.07 rclxms.gif
