Dear xxxx ,

Your booking has been confirmed, thank you for choosing AirAsia. Your flight itinerary and payment details will be emailed to you shortly.

normally,when will you recive?

How do I print my online travel itinerary?
To retrieve your itinerary, please login to Manage My Booking: https://booking.airasia.com/BookingListLogi...edirect=1&sso=1

View your list of Completed Flights and click on 'View' to retrieve your itinerary. Once the itinerary is displayed, turn on your printer and you're ready to print. You will also need your boarding pass to board your flight. We advise you to perform check in online via Manage My Booking and print out your boarding pass before leaving for the airport to avoid queues. If you have a smart phone you can check in and opt to receive an SMS with a barcode to print your boarding pass at the airport.

If you can't check-in before getting to the airport, once you get to the airport you can scan the barcode on the itinerary at the Self Check In Kiosk to check in and print your boarding pass. Alternatively you can line up at the counters to check in and obtain your boarding pass.

我如何打印在线行程安排?
如欲搜索您的行程安排,请登陆“管理我的预订”:
https://booking.airasia.com/BookingListLogi...edirect=1&sso=1

Yes, you can also check in 2 weeks from your flight online and print the boarding pass. It is basically the same with the boarding pass printed in Airport.

1) Where did you get this info? The charge is if you already did web-check in and you want to REPRINT the boarding pass at AIRPORT over the counter.
2) Correct. You can straight away print from the web la.
3) Unless you have luggage to be checked-in, you can go straight to custom officer.

Check in fee of RM10 (it's equivalent in foreign currency) will be charged for all domestic flights in Malaysia at the counter and also to reprint boarding pass. There will be no counter check in fee for all international flights effective 22nd December 2011.

To save time and costs you may perform web check in, mobile check in and kiosk check in. If you are performing a web check-in kindly make sure that you are able to print your boarding pass; if you are performing kiosk check in make sure you have your 6-digit booking reference number ready.

There will be no counter check in charge for dropping luggage for self check in guests.

Avoid the Counter Charges & Self Check-in for FREE. Click http://www.airasia.com/my/en/check-ins/web-and-mobile.page for FREE, Simple & Quick alternative!
