 SHoulder Impingement, Any advice?

If I raise my right hand up and then pull it down, I can feel the soreness increasing when my hand is going down especially when my elbow is level with my shoulder and going down.

Is that Shoulder Impingement? If so, appreciate any advice from anyone who's had the same problem. I rather not go to see a private doctor yet as I don't really trust them to give impartial advice.

Do you bench with your elbows tuckedin 45~75 degrees?
