Dell U2414H is good but out of my budget. 700 is hitting my cap already

As per title. I done some research, both price wise and spec wise pretty much the same.
Trying to get some opinion from your guys. In term of brand (quality & after sales services). In term of actual performance. Dell U2414H is good but out of my budget. 700 is hitting my cap already |
