your neighbour really want such a huge wall just for her privacy??
tell her if that wall extends that long her FUNG SUI wun be that good as alot of the air flowing towards her window will be cut off by that wall and all flow into your side hahahaha
on the bright side... if she wants that wall... why not u extend your room
