So far, i think they are doing it well 
I just went there twice within this 3 weeks.
The boss always update me with the progress and without fail always have an improvement.
I never ask for the picture but he will send in few pictures within 2 or 3 days. 
I will go there on Tuesday and snap few picture by myself and get the post updated.

Its been abandoned more then 7 years, maybe more then 10 years. 
Anyway, since the rice and location is good, so i decide to proceed the buy.
I also cannot wait the outcome.
