This is the latest picture sent to me through WA by the contractor today.
Need some final touch before its 100% complete.. Any valuable input or changes needed to be done before i pay the last RM10K? He said a week after i walk in and then only pay the balance. Hehehe Attached thumbnail(s)

Check for defects, workmanship quality first & get them to rectify if any before you are satisfied and pay the balance

Yesterday the contractor came to install the glass for the slap on top.
Will update the picture in few days. I did ask them to install 4ft awning at the door on the top and rear. Cause if i just leave it like that, it will be mess when rain. |
