This is the latest picture sent to me through WA by the contractor today.
Need some final touch before its 100% complete..
Any valuable input or changes needed to be done before i pay the last RM10K?
He said a week after i walk in and then only pay the balance.
Hehehe

Check for defects, workmanship quality first & get them to rectify if any before you are satisfied and pay the balance

Yesterday the contractor came to install the glass for the slap on top.
Will update the picture in few days.
I did ask them to install 4ft awning at the door on the top and rear.
Cause if i just leave it like that, it will be mess when rain.

Bro may I know roughly how much did you paid for this renovation? I have an 'abandoned' house in Klang and want to renovate it as nice as yours.

Hi guys,
This is the details of the works for RM165K.
Due to the weather condition, the work progress is slightly slow cause the can speed up.
Anyway, there is a progress on daily basis and so far the owner of the company keep me updated on the works done.
He whatsapp me the works done ( if i request). But i rather not to request everyday.
Just once or twice a week.
Let them do their work and i will put an eye on the works done.
*
Hi bro,

Can show your breakdown fee as per your scope of work line item above?

Thanks so much !

Remember to check the wall behind the toilets. Check if there is bubbles, mine was done and 2 days after only we realize bubbles are forming inside the wall
