Best way to cool down my cpu

Getting Started

|
1st run.
CPU Temp. = 55'C System Temp. = 45'C GPU Temp. = 64'C
CPU Fan speed = 2000rpm System Fan speed = 1265rpm
2nd run (I blow stand fan to my case)
CPU temp = 48'C - 50'C System temp = 40'C - 42'C GPU temp = 56'C - 59'C
CPU Fan = 1873 rpm System Fan = 1254 rpm
Im using stock AMD HSF. My pc spec like my signature below.

Anyone can suggest these type of fan besides stock one :-
Case Fan: 120mm fan CPU HSF: ??? Oth Cooling Suff: ???
Ex: Thermaltakes / Cooler Master / Gigabyte / Zalman stuff
If u can tell the price will be better.

CPU temp = 42'C - 45'C System temp = 36'C - 38'C GPU temp = 52'C - 53'C
CPU Fan = 1873 rpm System Fan = 1203 rpm
