Well then, now u know it doesn't affect the warranty. Ur  not claiming for the HU but the wiring so it's completely different.

I drive a hybrid and changing the HU which requires wiring cutting will affect my wiring warrant as well as the hybrid battery which costs a bomb that's why I asked thoroughly.
Plug and play HU will not affect any warranty at all

Perhaps need to keep your original HU to ensure it is claimable. They will place a marking on each element which go haywire and later shown you the bills for the replacement. Whether hybrid or not is subject to their judgment.

Wiring problem means wiring problem la,  u won't get to change a brand new HU due to wiring problem la. Any as there's no wiring cutting for the HU then it won't be a problem. Go consult them if u need more clarification

well, this kampung boy might not be as "knowledgeable" as you do, but i definitely makes a better person than you do, at least we are not taught to bs our way out of the things we messed up, doesn't know or aren't sure of something, instead of spewing out nonsense, why not just shut the F up ?

You no need to ask me how to behave. Take care of yourself and mind your words expressed.

So, in this case, any owners here subscribed to be the HIP member here?
Or u guys just renew the insurance purchased from Honda dealers as normal?
It seems like we need to pay more to become the HIP member, am i right ?

If you got friends who are working as insurance agent based on the 5 panels recommended by HM may just proceed to buy with them. Special discount will given while enjoying the privilege of HIP.

Last week i walked in, one malay guy SA insisted to give me 500+500+half tank only, very pissed off.

My friend told me some SA allow us to purchase our own insurance, is that true ?

Coz i am an insurance agent, dont want let them earn the commision for which i can discount for myself  tongue.gif

Good idea, but those 5 insurance companies not so famous for smooth car claims and panel workshops...
Usually people buy from AXA, Alliance, AIA etc....right?
My personal claim experience from Etiqa took me 6 weeks to repair my Myvi bonet...  vmad.gif  mad.gif

Any idea of Great Eastern Car Insurance claim? Is it good for the comprehensive coverage with shorter ETA?

I have a question about servicing, i just want to confirm that the servicing can be done at any Honda sc or must go back to the one that i bought the car from?
*
If your car having problem in other state, would you call a tow truck to send your car back to original Honda SC for rectification?
