Hi Bro,

May I know how long you have to wait for the car? Mine currently almost a week, the SA promise to deliver within one week, but she said got something to settle between the bank and her company, on our part, everything already settle.

Yeah, i would like to know to what to inspect for the car when we first got it, the tips i've got so far, check for the door, all the rubber, check for tyre, most  of new car they will put a lot of air pressure into the tyre, u might need to change back to normal pressure. Asked the SA how to disable alarm, dunno they said it got some kind of pin num?? rclxub.gif  and ask for the SA what can i get for next 10km services, i heard here they can get an E-Voucher if you finish the online survey, its a rebat for the next services.

That's all information that i can dig up from other website and facebook page

Before collect the vehicle, need to raise your concern to your SA and his/her boss to ensure the vehicle you received is perfect. Normally once you checked everything is up to your expectation, the next thing to concern is the rattling sound in which most of the users are encounter. If able to ride quietly on the road, then it should be fine.

Just did my 10k km service on the weekend. Got charged RM282.xx for the service. Considered normal? They gave me the 0-20W engine oil.
*
Your price is far more expensive than my recent 10k service. Only being charged RM143.00 (after deducted from e-voucher RM40 with 0W20 synthetic oil changed). No additional parts change (such as air filter, alignment and balancing or added engine cleaner and so forth).

Hi. Anyone has any say about the steering feel of City when running at high speed? I was doing 110-120km/h and occasion short burst to 130-140km/h and it gave an unpleasant lightness feel and dare not to run faster. I am not complaining nor am I comparing but my older car, Proton Saga megavalve 1991 handled much better at 160-170km/h but of course when during new. I wonder how other owners' experiences are.
*
Send to Honda SC to check the chasis see whether lock properly or not. Previously my car also experience this problem and upon checking, they realize assembling plant did not locked the chasis properly.

Wow! This is scary. Mind telling which part of the chassis so I can tell SC where to check. How big is the improvement after the chassis re-tightening?
*
There is a huge improvement after tighten up. Steering wheel is feel heavy a bit (when the speed going up) and easily feel the road condition + cornering is not wobbling side way.

Cornering wobbly? You take corner at what speed? hmm.gif So far i haven't encountered any woobly. But i don't sapu corner like crazy lah...this car not meant for that.
*
The speed I take corner is 100km/h +/-. But now can go further as the stability is further improve after discussed with Honda SC about my concerned.

This one must be racer!!  laugh.gif

Normal highway curve(exit/enter highway) has a recommended limit which is 60 kmh.
Those highway bend left/right depend on the road on weather condition la, if windy don't drive so fast..
Hmm.. as a coming 1 year old owner of this car.. There's a mix feeling about it..
feel comfortable when u drive in tight and tiny city..
on highspeed (>150kmh), kinda scary cuz got a feeling where the steering doesnt react as fast as your hand sometimes..
So conclusion, if u don't feel confident on controlling the car, just slow down a little.. you live only once..  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
For me, I take corner swiftly and mostly tail gate the front vehicle. Not sure why they slow down during corner in which understated the full potential of the vehicle.

90 degree corner or just slight turn a bit left/right?? If 90 degree corner @ 100km/h, i have nothing to say liao...hope your VSA kicks in....tongue.gif
*
90 degree is impossible. If half of it is possible. Tested on Honda City and Toyota Vios. Stability wise still Honda City.

VSA stops working above 40km/h as per the Honda Safety Intructor during Honda Safety Driving Course
*
Whether stop working or still working is depends on driver skills. No skills with VSA also encounter the misfortune.

drive from cameron to ipoh at 2am, then you'll know how bright the original headlights is  tongue.gif

Use 4X4 to drive in Cameron Highland. Installed Additional Fog Light on top of the car roof will resolve the problem. Enjoy the better and safer journey with light.

That's what the safety instructor said. We test drove Honda Hybrid cars around a circle 2 times to experience VSA activating. I drove over 50km/h and the Civic Hybrid began to oversteer as the VSA unable to cope...  sweat.gif

Here's a video during the safety driving course when the ABS module is disabled and driving 45km/h then jam brake on the plastic sheets with soap water to simulate wet road conditions...

If began oversteer, you should try to countersteer it. Then the drifting smoke will come from behind with good image capture. What I hope now is Honda come out with FR machine that further increase the acceleration and driving experience.
