How to know no. of cells use in a battery pack:
Please note that all price listed are nett price, whoever ask again for price will be treated as non serious buyer and will be ignored. You pay adequate, we work adequate.

Warranty:
-can last 80% to 120% compare to your original within 3 months or first month 100% money back garranty.
-For some old model, warranty can give up to 1 year, many new battery have poor power assumption in design (some notebook draw more than 100W peak but only use 6 cells), can only last up to 1 year if you use it very frequently, those model you can not get 1 year warranty, even the manufacturer don't give you one year right?

How is the warranty?
1st month not satisfy 100% money back, 6 months limited or 80% money back. 1 years customer care service. Should your battery fail in 1 year, kindly return it for inspection and repair, if it do not invlove any part wear and tear replacement, such just cell capacity not in balance state, it will be fixed at no cost to you except postage.

What type of situations covered by the warranty?
Warranty void if:
Phisycal damage occur to a refilled battery.
Damage cause by misused, mistreated, attemp to charge/discharge a bettery with any other way beside of using it original charger.

Warranty statement:
1.The battery store less than 90% as promised in the first month, you can ask for full refund! Because the battery tend to have some error in capacity from batch to batch, which usually lower than labeled capacity. Example 2200mAH cell some batch store 2250mAH, some batch 2100mAH. Please ask for tested real figure from me.

2.The battery store less than 80% capacity it should be within warranty period, this can be easily checked by aid of third party software such as batterymon from passmark. It is very obviously that the refilled battery do not fail to give at least 80% capacity as promised within 6 months time, which is excellent! Or else I face big difficulty due to this statement!

3.If the battery stop working totally within 6 months (this is circuit board problem, but since the battery is not yet hevilly worn, I will try to fix the circuit board of the battery or 80% money back garanty if fail to do so). 

Dealing method:
POST/Direct. COD can be at any Rapid KL LRT. Individual collect add RM20 if not within/near specified location. Can be user define day and approximate time. Postage can get back within 3-5 days unless otherwise specified or meet week end or public holiday.
