why my smilodon firstly the fan so silent at my frenz room..then after bring back my room..the fan sound "kuat skit" aa? my room so hot? lol..

im using raidmax smilodon ~ gaming development
 currently have 3 hdd = 1TB & 1dvd ..just use 450Watt..plnng to hve gc..but need to change the psu first right  |
