My Rm15 no brand cable works fine on my iPhone 6. 8.1.1 and previous version
Charge, sync, all good. And surprisingly only sometimes it gives a message to say I'm using a compatible cable that might not work or something like that.

Check if u leave it under hot sun, will it come out from dash? Also will it leave behind glue mark?

under hot sun for long period of time will drop, but that is if you put it on the dashboard. can just reapply. for better results clean thoroughly the dashboard and wash the adhesive side. haven't tried it on windscreen yet...

as for glue mark no it won't leave behind glue mark.

my car is hardly ever under the hot sun so cant try that out. i believe it wont leave a mark cause its not
glue adhesive. the stickiness is in the suction pad itself.
if it comes off, you can reapply by first washing it under running water to regain back its stickiness.

The only complaint is the holding arm is sooo short. Cannot see properly if phone is small or dash is more in front.

ya true, the arm is a bit short. it may not work for some dashboard I guess.
im not 100% happy with my current placement either but as you can see, my dash has many curve areas.
havent drop off before so far but i only used it like a week. im not worried cause my old kensington car mount with just a suction cup have never drop off while my phone is attached. only on its own, it has dropped off.
so the exomount with the sticky pad plus suction - no need to worry

and my usb cable will stop it from dropping to the floor if it ever come off

Finally changed from the Nillkin Nature TPU to Neo Hybrid Champagne Gold for my 6+, used the same one for my 5S before this.

Noticed the 6+ version the left and right sides like a bit more loose compared to the very snug fit of the 5S model. Probably due to larger screen? But when installing the case really tight ._. unlike the 5S install the TPU then bumper on, this one seems like just install both in a go, due to rounded edges?
